We already knew that The Simpsons was teaming up with Fortnite, but that's not the only place where fans can immerse themselves in the universe of Springfield. The beloved show is coming over to Rocket League, bringing along an in-game car skin that will also be compatible in the Fortnite universe. That said, whether players will truly desire to use it is a different matter, as there's only one Springfield vehicle everyone is eager to drive, and this isn't it.

The Dream Vehicle

While many gamers would absolutely enjoy to face off while driving The Homer—the notoriously impractical automobile Homer built himself in the classic episode "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?"—that's not what players are receiving. We aren't even receiving the massive SUV, the heavy-duty vehicle showcased in season 10. Instead, players are getting the family's everyday well-worn four-door, which they've been driving since 1989. As detailed in a official announcement, the missions will require players to "achieve a certain number of centers and clears as there are the show's years on air, gather boost canisters as if your GPS is set to The Simpsons’ house, and travel a specific distance sufficient for acquiring the perfect donuts!"
